Well time along with mainly rust forces me to retire (scrap) my faithful and newest and probabley last civic.(circa 1995) Gonna miss my faithful 4 door, but it was a good and reliable ride and for the most part
of low maintance (Normal for a Honda product). Now for the good part,I'am replacing it with a brand new Honda! Not a civic (Please don't throw stones ) It's a 2009 Element, our 2nd Element! And yes I will get to drive it occasionally my wife gets to test drive it till the one I'am driving is no longer roadworthly .Now I will be driving for the most part our 03 elephant except when I will be behind the wheel of ole Zero (79 civic)my first and only new car of my own
P.S. Gonna save all the good parts ie engine 168k and so on from the 95.Possiable trans plant for ole Blue (79)I'am rebuilding. |

Glad to hear that some of those Honda parts will find a new home! |

Wow, nice trade up. I would trade my 92Prelude and Sir for an Element or even a Ridgline.
Post some pics when you have a chance.
My son is still driving his 93 Civic, great little cars. The EG are slowly disapearing, but what left standing is a reminder of what a great Civic they built.
So yours was made in Canada then! |
